Training and consulting

1) Success-fee recruitment

As a recruitment agency, we manage your one-time hiring needs from sourcing to closing. We operate on a retainer basis to ensure mutual trust and commitment.Our fee is 25% of the agreed gross annual salary or 15% of the total invoice excluding VAT.

2) RPO service

With an RPO model, we handle your recruitment processes on your behalf, establishing a long-term partnership. This is an excellent way to strengthen your employer brand !The fee is $500/day excluding VAT, with a minimum of 2 days/week over two months.

3) Training & consulting

Because outsourcing recruitment is not always the best option, we also offer training and consulting to guide you through this critical journey.The fee is quoted based on €200 excluding VAT per hour. A framing meeting is required.
